RIEW-Pernik with positive assessment on Compatibility Assessment Report on Master Plan of Municipality of Tran prepared by P-United Ltd.

In implementation of Contract on: “Drafting a Master Plan of Municipality of Tran, incl. Strategic Environmental Assessment and Compatibility Assessment” with Contracting Authority: Municipality of Tran and Contractor: Consortium: “Plan project Tran”, “P-United” Ltd., partner in Consortium: “Plan project Tran”, prepared a Compatibility Assessment Report on Master Plan of Municipality of Tran with the subject and purpose of  protected Natura 2000 sites.   
The Compatibility Assessment Report includes analysis on the impact on habitats and species, subject to conservation in the protected sites affected by the Master Plan. Quantitative assessments on expected loss or deterioration of habitats (area) and species (number and density of population) were made. Mitigation measures for preventing, mitigation or where it is possible – elimination of the adverse effects of the Master Plan’s implementation were proposed.
The conclusion in Compatibility Assessment Report is that if the proposed mitigation measures apply, the Master Plan’s implementation will cause unsignificant adverse impact on the subject and purpose of conservation in the protected sites within Municipality of Tran.
The Director of RIEW-Pernik assessed positively the Compatibility Assessment Report with Opinion № 08-00-125(14)/14.12.2017.
