Strategic Environmental Assessment and Compatibility Assessment on Master Plan of Boichinovtsi Municipality

“P-United” Ltd. signed a Subcontract with subject: “Preparation of Strategic Environmental Assessment and if it is necessary – Compatibility Assessment on the Master Plan of Boichinovtsi Municipality”.
The Subcontract is signed in connection with implementation of public procurement: “Master Plan of Boichinovtsi Municipality, incl. Strategic Environmental Assessment and Compatibility Assessment”. The implementation of the public procurement was award from Municipality of Boichinovtsi to “Arxi” Ltd. in accordance with the Pubic Procurement Act (PPA).
In fulfillment of its commitments under the Subcontract “P-United” Ltd. will prepare:
- Strategic Environmental Assessment on the Master Plan of Boichinovtsi Municipality, incl. Scope of work, as well as Scheme for consultation with the public, interested bodies and third parties who are likely to be affected by the plan.
- Compatibility assessment with the subject and purpose of protected sites from Natura 2000 network.
